Meeting Notes for 30 August

• Some discussion of scheduling the transition. Decided on Mon, Sept 11 with notices sent out in the Friday Flyer on Fri, Sept 8. That means much of the work will need to get done the week of Sept 4 - Sept 8.
• Joel will put together rough timeline of tasks for scheduling and consideration
• Sudha and Ken would like to keep the Commons site running for several weeks after the transition, to have it as a reference.
• Ken and Sudha's "Opportunities for QuarkNet Teachers" draft page is up for feedback.
• Sudha made a How-To group for easier access to instructional materials for the new D7 site.
• Ken and Shane agree that only admins should be able to create groups.
• Extended discussion of bugs and fixes, including
  • Spacing on the "Groups" listing
  • Page navigation when browsing groups
  • Groups that don't have images and how to get them to
  • Annual Report creation
  • Bad links on the "For Students" section of the Front Page

All other discussion in the agenda was tabled until next week.

Sudha will deploy changes to the eclipseFormat files to production on Friday.
