Meeting Notes for 13 September

Drupal

• The transition is essentially complete. Ken will work up an introductory email to the users and distribute it to the developers for comment. Joel is ready to make the DNS switch for quarknet.i2u2.org when notified.
• There are still a few fixed to make. Sudha, Senem, and Kerry will continue working on them. Senem expects to finish her list by the end of the week.
  • Sudha made a fix to the Annual Reports function during the meeting
  • We identified a box-height quirk on the main page. Screenshots were exchanged.
  • Ken reports that rounded images are getting squeezed in the "My Groups" icons; Senem will address it.
  • Sudha reports that ignorable errors are sometimes thrown which might confuse users. Senem will disable errors on the site.
• Ken and Sudha will create a webform for users to submit questions and report errors.
• Sudha will add a menu list of "How-to" guides to the top menu and will create a How-to for submitting abstracts.

CMS

• Joel will contact Adam LaMee about the data backing the CMS Jupyter Notebooks.
• Shane will respond to Tom's comments on the CMS e-Lab when able.
